Membre clé de notre organisation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement en Amérique du Nord, le coordinateur, logistique devient le principal agent de liaison de l'organisation pour la coordination, le suivi, le rapportage et l'amélioration des solutions de transport, des accords de distribution et des classifications douanières afin d'optimiser pour nos clients et Medicom. La personne est responsable de la conduite des demandes de devis pour les services de transport. **Ce que vous apporterez**:

- Diplôme universitaire en logistique ou expérience dans un domaine connexe
- Avoir 5 ans ou plus d'expérience en logistique
- Documentation internationale
- Connaissance des règles et réglementations internationales en matière d'importation et d'exportation par voie maritime, routière ou aérienne.
- Connaissance des termes INCO Connaissance des codes H&S du Canada et des États-Unis
- Bien organisé et soucieux du détail
- Adepte de la résolution de problèmes
- Capable d'établir des relations et d'en tirer parti
- Sens aigu de l'urgence et du suivi
- Être un excellent communicateur
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Exécution sans faille et grand souci du détail
- Capacité à cultiver et à transmettre des connaissances sur les consommateurs, les tendances de l'industrie et les paysages concurrentiels
- Bilingue français/anglais - obligatoire

- Connaissance d'un environnement de travail réglementé (dispositifs médicaux, produits pharmaceutiques), des douanes canadiennes et américaines, des certifications CITT/CIFFA et CSCB

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Responsable de la gestion des importations et exportations par voie maritime, aérienne et routière
- Fournir aux clients internes un soutien logistique varié
- Maintenir et répondre rapidement à toutes les communications entrantes afin de gérer et de contrôler correctement les opérations quotidiennes
- Réserver les cargaisons auprès des compagnies de transport / agents
- Assurer le suivi et la traçabilité des expéditions au quotidien
- Résoudre les problèmes internes et opérationnels et mettre en œuvre des mesures préventives
- Maintenir les codes H&S et les droits corrects pour le Canada et les États-Unis dans le système ERP
- Audits mensuels B3 Traiter les factures commerciales pour les importations et les exportations ainsi que tous les documents douaniers connexes
- Traiter les factures relatives au trafic avec les codes GL appropriés
- Et toutes les autres tâches ou responsabilités assignées par le superviseur direct, pertinentes et directement liées à l'exécution correcte de ce poste.
