**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide various administrative and secretarial duties in support of the Finance Office
- Greet walk-in customers and direct them to contacts or service area
- Answer telephone calls and electronic inquires and transfer calls and messages
- Provide admin support to internal customers
- Communicate and manage outsourced contractors including telephone system, internet system, Printer etc.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor Degree in financial related fields
- Previous experience in an responsible administrative position
- Previous financial experience will be an asset and considered first
- Demonstrate advanced level of competency in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with deadlines
- Ability to plan and coordinate special events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
