Inventory Specialist

**Description**:
**The Role**
When you hear "Inventory Specialist," you might picture someone aimlessly moving boxes or casually stocking shelves. If that’s your idea of this job, go ahead and close this tab.
Still with us? Good. Being an Inventory Specialist at dbrand means playing in the big leagues. We’re talking over 40,000 SKUs, all meticulously tracked and accounted for, and it’s up to you to ensure that chaos doesn’t take over. You’ll need a sharp eye for detail and an analytical brain to solve problems on the fly—because let’s be real, things rarely go perfectly. As our in-house production churns out merchandise, you’ll thrive in making sure every item ends up exactly where it needs to be, right when it’s needed.
Where others might get buried under bins and barcodes, you rise above. Your reward? Aside from nailing every target, you get to enjoy the praise of our millions of fans when they receive their orders perfectly packed and on time. They may not know you by name, but they’ll feel your impact in every unboxing video, tweet, or Reddit post that praises the smooth process. That’s because you’re the one who made sure their product was in stock, in the right place, at the right time.
Does that sound like you? Not yet—but we can change that. Whether or not you’ve got prior experience, we care more about your problem-solving skills, your attention to detail, and your ability to adapt to the chaos. If that’s you, then stick around. If not, wellyou know what to do.
**The Environment**
At dbrand, expect a clean, modern, well-lit warehouse with desks, chairs, and rows of inventory bins. The warehouse floor? You could eat off it. Should you? Who can say? We're not scientists. Instead, we're a team who works hard and plays hard. There's nothing we're more committed to than ongoing growth... other than unparalleled product quality and customer experience.
What's in it for you? Well, unlike most companies, we actually care about the work we're doing. Our customers deserve no less than the absolute best. At dbrand, you have the opportunity to create once-in-a-lifetime purchase experiences for them. If you're someone who's creative, committed, and excited about our mission, you'll do more than thrive here.
Before you can get the opportunity to join our passionate, dynamic team and create unparalleled customer experiences as part of our Inventory team, you'll need to prove yourself. Let’s see if you’ve got what it takes
**The Characteristics**:
- **Agile**: You’re nimble. You’re adaptable. You thrive in an environment where priorities can change in an instant.
- **Analytical**:Your decisions are driven by only one thing: data. You continue to master all the tools necessary to surface insights.
- **Collaborative**: You enjoy purposeful meetings. You value the contributions and perspectives of your CEO as much as you do your coworkers.
- **Curious**: You’re eager to learn new concepts and master new skills. There’s no tool that’s useless in your arsenal.
- **Disciplined**: You never allow the details to slip, understanding that every bit of minutiae forms the bigger picture.
- **Enthusiastic**: You exhibit a contagious passion for quality and accuracy, and thrive in a team environment.
- **Innovative**: You develop new approaches to complex problems.
- **Perfectionist**: You persist until the smallest detail has been optimized. Knows nothing less than 100%.
- **Persistent**: You’ve never failed. You’ve only experienced speed bumps on your path to success.
- **Reliable**: You live up to both verbal and written agreements. You can be trusted to work effectively, without oversight.
**The Responsibilities and Qualifications**:
In order to make a positive impact as part of our team, your focus in this role will be to:
- Receive and review stock by unloading and inspecting shipments that arrive, ensuring all items meet quality and quantity requirements.
- With the use of handheld devices, efficiently organize, distribute, and maintain inventory by moving stock to their proper place in the warehouse, and / or preparing pallets to be shipped and stored off-site.
