Project Manager/office Assistant

Electrical company looking for a full-time project manager/office assistant.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm and benefits after 3 months of employment
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle as well as the following qualifications:
- Fluent in Microsoft Word
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Scheduler
- Adobe
- Exceptional attention to detail (Extremely important)
- Multi-task
- Punctual, dependable and devoted (Extremely important)
- Well mannered and clear speaking voice
- Work alone and with others
- Computer & typing skills
- Take notes and follow instruction
- Organized & efficient
- Spelling & Grammer
Job duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate & organize ongoing projects
- Security clearance paperwork
- New hire orientations
- General office duties
- Apprenticeship coordination
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
