**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, the Marketing Coordinator will coordinate all marketing-related activities that will help build, grow, and market our company’s internal and external brand. This role will build and maintain sustainable processes and systems that will position us for continued growth and innovation. This position will be based out of the Corporate Head Office in Edmonton, Alberta, with some travel to other offices and field sites as needed.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute on strategic marketing initiatives and activities that will strengthen the company’s brand.
- Implement marketing plans that include print, media, and online content.
- Plan, coordinate, and maintain a consistent schedule of activities and campaigns across all social media accounts in order to help support Morgan’s targeted recruitment and business development efforts.
- Support the rebuild of the company’s website, including but not limited to technical content compilation, design, rebuild, and strategic use of SEO techniques and analysis to bolster traffic to the site and create positive conversions.
- Create a brand book which includes the company’s various brand stories, history, pillars, vision, purpose, logo(s), color schemes, fonts, styles, images, etc.
- Develop internal templates, designs, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Assist with selection and design of company swag.
- Support the creation and editing of video and photo content.
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and trends.
- Understand and keep abreast of industry best practices as it relates to digital marketing and advertising.
- Maintain and build upon your knowledge of marketing, including user research, data analytics, and marketing trends.
- Other administrative duties as assigned, including event planning and internal communications.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of relatable experience in marketing.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Documented success in creating targeted SEO-friendly online content.
- Strong working knowledge of scheduling tools for social media, such as Hootsuite.
- Possesses strong communication, research, presentation, and creativity.
- Thrives on delivering exciting campaigns and content.
- Adapts to a changing workload and requirements.
- Highly organized and able to work on multiple competing priorities at any one time.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable and competent in communicating with all levels within the organization.

**ABOUT US**:
Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. is an oilfield construction company based out of Edmonton, Alberta, with branches across the province. We are a heavy civil contractor with over 50 years of experience working for resource corporations throughout Western and Northern Canada. We are experienced in various sizes of projects, from small to large-and excel at completing our tasks within scheduled timeframes, on budget, and with the utmost workplace safety. Morgan believes that our strength is in our people. We currently have nearly 1000 employees and work across Canada and the US.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
