**Purpose**

**_The Warehouse & Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely and cost-effective manner._**

**Accountabilities and Detailed Activity**:
Warehouse Logistics & Administration
- Communication to all parties of delayed inbound or outbound, missed appointments and other issues timely.
- Loading & unloading of trucks to be documented accurately.
- Ensures accurate and timely entering and publishing of data for warehouse transactions (i.e., receipts, shipments, transfers, etc.).
- Review shipments and generate packing slip and bill of ladings.
- Saves electronic copies of all inbound/outbound paperwork to company server, send all required physical paperwork to front office for filing.
- Maintain inbound and outbound booking appointments
- Auditing ancillary charges on both inbound tallies and outbound pick orders

Order Fulfillment: Accurately & Timely
- Ensure all scheduled inbound & outbound shipments are delivered on time and with upmost accuracy.
- Receiving all materials accurately and in a timely fashion, coordinate inventory transfers with related departments.

Inventory Control & Management
- Loading & Unloading of Trucks and document appropriately.
- Perform departmental and area housekeeping to ensure space is clear, safe and storage is maximized.
- Maintains inventory and controls by conducting scheduled physical counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Move inventory throughout the warehouse as directed, ensure all product is organized efficiently performing departmental housekeeping organizing floor space adhering to storage design principles.
- Ensure daily staging of packaging inventory.
- Supervise and maintain record of all real-time perishable inventory level to ensure minimization of product obsolescence and stock out.
- Monitor and produce daily ingredient requirement report for various workstation.
- Monitor expiry dates of ingredients.
- Monitor daily inventory and cycle counting process.

Customer Support
- Maintains and improves customer service request system.
- Arranges receipts and shipments with facility supervisors.
- Forward customer service requests for warehouse/facility services and responds to internal customer request for information/actions.
- Provides verified receiving records to internal customers within one hour of the physical receipt or shipment.

GMP & Safety Compliance
- Ensure equipment remains in good, working condition.
- Ensure a safe working environment utilizing consistent practice of health and safety procedures.
- Follow and adhere to company guidelines on safe work and shipping practices (GMPs and SOPs).

5S Management
- Participation in 5S improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace by embodying and performing the 5S’ Sort, Set in Order,

Shine, Standardize and Sustain.

Minimum Requirements:
**Education and/or Professional Designation**:
