We are currently looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individual with a passion for landscaping to join our collaborative and positive team.

**Responsibilities & Details on the Opportunity**:
**Operations**
- Oversee and carry out Higgins Harscape's sales and estimates for commercial and residential clients.
- Meet with clients on site as required, update property contacts
- Interpret and understand landscape drawings provided by Landscape Designer or Architect (including elevations, grades, building codes, permits, plant material etc.)
- Manage, acquire, price and source all materials required.
- Work with various vendor companies, obtain quotes and organize pricing structures.
- Organize and communicate confirmed projects
- Provide updates on the progress and evolving needs of the estimation process.
- Assist in project management and/or operations as required.
- Target new work in conjunction with prospect client lists, current clients.
- Create and coordinate project meetings as necessary.

**Administration**
- Prepare and format estimates and proposals for clients and projects.
- Manage and update LMN estimating software in relation to costs, materials, budgets.
- Oversee commercial clients’ Vendor Preferred Lists
- Assist with Managing and updating division files: Client Folders, keep up to date.
- Organize proper documentation as applicable to job estimate and tasks.
- Participate with other senior management in setting the strategic direction including budget, sales goals, marketing.
- Capture photos of new sites, work in progress files.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge and experience with a wide range of Landscape projects.
- Familiarity with both commercial/large scale projects and residential design/build projects.
- Experience working with trades, vendors, obtaining quotes, pricing materials.
- Horticulture knowledge, Plant knowledge, Plant Design Experience.
- G License with clean drivers abstract.

This is a full-time position that entails (approximately) 40-50 hours per week.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
