**Responsibilities**:

- Be a trusted resource to our partnership and enable accelerated growth through client acquisition.
- Works directly with clients to assess clients’ personal circumstances, goals and objectives, and implement suitable investment portfolios on a discretionary basis.
- Provides ongoing servicing to existing clients and stays abreast of their personal circumstances, but also fosters new relationships and client opportunities.
- Stays informed of market developments, performs research on securities, supports trading activities, and the maintenance & implementation of model portfolio solutions.
- Performs sales and service support activities to meet client needs and maintain overall service levels.
- Works collaboratively with internal teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Has between 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role as an investment advisor or portfolio manager/associate portfolio manager role.
- CFA or CIM designation is required.
- Current registration with provincial securities commission(s) as Advising Representative or Associate Advising Representative is strongly preferred.
- Strong sales and client management skills.
- Strong sense of integrity.
- Strong understanding of compliance and investment best practices.
- Strong people skills and a positive attitude - You will be interacting with other Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors, Internal Support & Custodial Representatives.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be an adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to balance fun with a high personal bar for performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Bilingual (French/English) - verbal and written is an asset;
- Financial Planning experience is considered an asset;
- Advanced technical skills (e.g.Excel).
