**Window/Gutter Cleaner Position (Great Job) $250.00 signing bonus (contingent on completing 2 week training period)**
We are looking for self-motivated, hardworking Window/Gutter Cleaners to join our growing team This job involves standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
Do you need experience? NO
If you have experience cleaning windows that is great If not, we can teach you how to wash a window.
**Duties**:
- Provide interior and exterior window cleaning
- Provide Gutter cleaning
- Provide Pressure washing
- Work in a team and perform professional window cleaning techniques for residential and commercial properties
- Follow safe work procedures and safe job practices
- Perform efficient and quality work
- Arrive at the job site and start work on time
- Work at heights
- Review all assigned tasks in software scheduling App
- Travel to job sites with your own vehicle (if you do not have a vehicle we can provide one)
- Other duties as required
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Comfortable with Working on Ladders (experience working on boom lifts would be great)
- Physically able to carry and lift ladders
- Good Teamwork
- Detailed Oriented
- Safety Focused
- Likes Working Outdoors
- Reliable and Punctual
- Driver's License Class 5
- Fall Arrest & Ladder Safety Certificate (we will provide training)
- Police Clearance (we will conduct)
- Truck/Van (To transport tools/equipment) - (compensation: $500 monthly + all fuel costs)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $15.00-$25.85 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
