**Quality Improvement and Evaluation Lead**

**Temporary Full-time (1-Year Contract)**

**Key Skills, Experience and Behaviours required for this position**:

- Relevant university degree such as Master’s of Health Evaluation, Master’s of Public Health, Master’s of Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in systematic quality improvement, data/research analysis, and program evaluation field, ideally in a health care environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and/or demonstrated project management experience.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, including working with clients and families.
- Ability to prepare and disseminate results through various reporting means (e.g. briefings, presentations, written reports, infographics, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated ability to be self-directed, working independently and as a member of a collaborative team.
