**Job Function & Responsibilities**:
As this is a cross-functional role, you will be required to work and support all Managers by:

- Identifying new sourcing strategies by proactively building a talent pipeline
- Organizing pre-screening meetings, coordinating interviews, and keeping an organized calendar of meetings and follow-ups.
- Provide regular reports to management on the outcomes of recruitment initiatives and recommendations for improvements to the firm’s recruitment strategies
- Participate in projects/initiatives to build, pilot and enhance our sourcing capabilities
- Partner with senior management to provide guidance through the offer negotiation process
- Keep abreast of current trends and recruitment tools in the employment marketplace to build strategies
- Monitor our hiring practices to ensure legal compliance

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, additional qualifications should include:

- Strong social media skills
- Prior experience recruiting for multiple types and levels of positions using behavioural interview techniques
- Ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships both internally and externally
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of urgency
- Able to multitask and work on various projects and meet strict deadlines
- Must have a positive problem-solving attitude and demonstrate professionalism
- Ability to present ideas, status reports and other presentations to various groups within the organization.
- Able to align projects and programs to CFA’s Vision 2025
- Experience in Change Management and performing in a consulting environment where priorities can change.

**Reporting Structure**

Although this role reports to the President, this is a cross-functional role and you will be working with, supporting and collaborating with all Managers across the organization.
