**Job Description**:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing & Events department on all events, programs, and marketing materials as assigned.- Assist with Social Media programs - Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts/contests- Assist in the preparation of Public Area Use Agreements and insurance requirements for in-coming events- Assist in Guest Services to provide relief and provide Customer Service as it relates to public inquiries- Assistance in formulating posts and contests for the Axiis tenant app.- Assistance in proofing the Brookfield Weekly newsletters- Minute-taking for Retail meetings- Assistance in Corporate and Team Building Events- Assist in merchandising of Display Cases- Assist Auditorium Staff with meeting and retail set-ups- Other assignments as required.
SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Positive and professional demeanor- Strong customer service skills- Presents themselves professionally- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills- Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
