General Labourer/machine Operator

CES Transformer is a growing transformer manufacturer located in Markham, Ontario. Operating for over 35 years, CES is focused on the future and growth of the company. We are looking to a full-time Core and Coil assembler to add to our motivated, entrepreneurial and energetic team.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Preparing materials by cleaning products
- Using hand tools
- Manual assembly of products by lacing core and coils
- Assisting with automated assembly on core machine as required
- General housekeeping
- Assisting other departments as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**
- Able to do physical labour by lifting to up to 20lb
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and production priorities
- Experienced using hand tools
- Demonstrated ability to read a tape measure
- Basic math skills, competency with fractions
- Experience in other manufacturing environments an asset
- Can follow instructions and production priorities

FOR: day shift and afternoon shift

Work Remotely
- No

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Machine Operator: 5 years (preferred)
