**Ce que tu réaliseras**

En tant qu'Analyste marketing, tu joueras un rôle crucial dans l’accroissement de la visibilité de nos membres. Vous serez responsable de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies marketing complètes, en tirant parti de vos compétences analytiques et de votre créativité pour atteindre les objectifs.

Plus spécifiquement, tu seras appelé à:

- **Élaborer une stratégie marketing complète**: Analyser les besoins et les attentes des membres, identifier les opportunités de marché et définir des objectifs marketing clairs et mesurables.
- **Études de marché et analyse de nouveaux marchés **:Mener des études de marché et analyser les données du marché.
- **Développer des plans d’action**: Élaborer un plan de mise en marché, comprenant des campagnes marketing créatives et des stratégies de communication multicanaux pour accroître la visibilité des membres.
- **Gestion de projets**: Planifier et exécuter des projets marketing en respectant les délais et les budgets.
- **Gérer et optimiser la présence en ligne**: Assurer la présence en ligne des membres sur les sites web, les réseaux sociaux et autres plateformes numériques, en optimisant le référencement et en créant du contenu engageant.
- **Suivre et analyser les performances**: Mesurer l’efficacité des campagnes marketing et analyser les données pour identifier les points d’amélioration et optimiser les stratégies.
- **Collaborer avec les membres**: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres pour comprendre leurs besoins et assurer une communication efficace.

**Tes qualifications**
- Tu détiens un **baccalauréat en marketing.**:

- Tu cumules **mínimalement 5 années **d’expérience pertinente au poste décrit ci-dessus.
- Toute combinaison de scolarité et d’expérience jugée équivalente sera considérée.
- Tu maitrises la langue française tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Tu as de l’expérience en **études de marché**, élaboration de **plans de mise en marché **et **gestion de campagnes marketing**.
