**Title**: Administrative Assistant

**Salary**: $57417- $61977 per year (pay range explained below)

**Contract**: Term position until end of March 2026

**Hours**: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Mon
- Fri

**Location**: Metro Vancouver Office, located on the traditional, ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Wuatuth Nations. This is a 100% on-site / in-office position. Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in 2026

**About the role**

As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include
- attending meetings, recording minutes and transcribing the notes to be presented to the Manager of the Team. Maintaining the SharePoint filing system. Meeting logistics, including boardroom bookings, catering, Elder bookings and all related financial processing are also key components. For off-site conferences there will be the opportunity to exercise good multi-tasking skills; communications with vendors, including price negotiations and catering; relaying travel information for out-of-town guests; and arranging logistics for special guests and Elders for the meeting.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have/be;
**Education, Training and Experience**:
Grade 12, including completion of one year of post secondary education in Business or Office Administration, plus one (1) year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience working with Executive level staff.
- Minute taking and transcribing
- SharePoint expertise
