We are looking to fill an **Operations Support** role for our **Operations team - Supply Chain team** in **St. John’s, NL or remotely**

**Role Overview**:
The Operations Support person will work at the intersection of Supply Chain and Project Management to play a crucial role in ensuring that operations functions are completed efficiently and effectively, with a seamless integration of supply chain management and project management principles. This position requires a blend of skills in logistics, inventory management, customer order fulfillment, project coordination and stakeholder communication.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Foster communication and connection of interface points within the Operations Team and other stakeholders.
- Provide support for Supply Chain activities including inventory management (set up, tracking, transfer, reconciliation and reporting), timely order fulfillment, freight forwarding and logistics.
- Provide support for Project Management activities including planning / executing / monitoring project schedules and change control management.

**Your Star Qualities**:

- Completion of Post-Secondary Education
- Detail oriented with the ability to balance multiple coinciding tasks
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
- Must be proficient in excel and/or google sheets
- Familiar with Supply Chain activities
- Familiar with Project Management activities

Considered an asset:
- Related experience or working knowledge in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, retail or wholesale
- Related experience or working knowledge in project management
- Familiarity in NetSuite
- Familiarity with 3PL systems
- Experience with Amazon Seller’s Portal
- Familiarity with Smartsheets or other planning tools
