**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking residential building hybrid/caretaker janitorial.
This is an entry-level caretaking position. It is ideal for experienced cleaners who are looking to gain caretaking experience.
- **Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day (9am-3pm)**

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Inspect and litter pick both inside and outside of the buildings
- Meet trades people and give them access to service areas
- Mopping hard surfaced flooring
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all common areas, including amenities room
- Elevator cleaning, including tracks
- Keep garbage room tidy

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Reliable and punctual
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to deal with residents in a professional, positive, and friendly manner
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- janitorial: 2 years (preferred)
- Caretaker: 2 years (preferred)
