- Work closely with the office team to assist with various office duties.
- Welcome customers at reception and manage the phones.
- Process sales orders.
- Be responsible for filing and office organization.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure quality requirements are achieved.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all interactions.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to learn new tasks and shows initiative.
- Strong computer skills with experience using Office 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and Business Central an asset.
- Knowledge of ISO, TDG and WHMIS an asset.
- Reliable with a good attendance record.

Contract Term: May-September

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00

COVID-19 procedures are in place to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
