What You’ll be Doing:
- Design and develop Toyota virtual product training presentations- Organize and support the train the trainer and developmental activities with RTMs (Regional Training Managers)- Develop product training Deep Dive Videos and support other education material development and review: New Model Launch Kit, Competitive Comparisons products and competitive videos for training, Know your Toyota videos, etc.- Maintain planning calendar of Toyota vehicle, technology launches and product training support activities- Coordination and management of Toyota University (TU) Online product section-
- Coordinate and manager other product educational training materials for messaging, content, material depth and focus- Launch activity coordination and project management (launch kits, training events, field training, online training, and other activities)- Attend Toyota North America Train the Trainer and product knowledge sessions- Gather and share new product information, product positioning, and support post-trip debrief- Collaborate with related Toyota departments to ensure that training addresses strategic and tactical objectives- Participation in Launch Committees and internal product focused working groups- General analysis and KPI setting/monitoring to support Toyota education training

What You’ll Bring:
- University degree or college diploma in business, teaching or related discipline- 3-5 years of experience within the automotive industry- Strong technical understanding of automotive technology- Proven leadership in driving projects and teams to success- Successfully able to partner with business units and stakeholders- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Ability to work against fixed deadlines and set priorities to achieve targets- Experience with curriculum design and development- Proven multi-tasking/multi-project management skills- Strong organizational skills including project management- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.- Work flexibility - (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.)- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
