**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Fulfillment and shipping management including dropping off shipments
- Create and administer customer invoicing
- Level 1 bookkeeping, including vendor reconciliation
- Assist in resolving any administrative issues
- Asist with data entry tasks
- Organize and book travel arrangements
- Provide support for various departments as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
**WHERE WE ARE**
We are located in Victoria, BC. This is a hybrid position with a requirement to physically live and work in Victoria, BC.
**SKILL AND EXPERIENCE**
- Proficiency in MS 365 suite required
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM data entry (recommended)
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Excellent data entry skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Typing proficiency with attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to drop of deliveries to the post office.
**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-secondary education in a related area plus relevant training and experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate computer skills; MS Office, WordPress, CRM software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
