En tant que représentant - ventes internes, vous interagirez avec les clients existants, principalement par téléphone et par courriel, afin d'augmenter les ventes des produits et/ou services de la société en obtenant et en augmentant les commandes, en créant la satisfaction du client et en ajoutant de la valeur à l'expérience d'achat du client. Vous vous concentrerez sur des techniques de vente proactives afin d'augmenter le nombre de clients ou d'élargir le portefeuille de comptes existants. Vous collaborerez avec les ventes externes pour vous assurer que les objectifs sont atteints.
Responsabilités:
- Obtenir des commandes par courriel et par téléphone, vérifier et entrer les articles, transférer les commandes à l'exécution, expliquer les ruptures de stock et les dates de livraison prévues.
- Augmenter les commandes en suggérant des articles connexes, en expliquant les caractéristiques et en vérifiant l'historique d'achat du client.
- S'approprier, et développer les opportunités provenant du marketing, des ventes externes et des comptes nationaux.
- Identifier les moyens d'améliorer continuellement les processus.
- Préparer, génèrer et assurer le suivi des devis verbaux ou écrits afin d'obtenir des commandes ou de déterminer la raison de la perte d'une commande.
- Examiner les rapports de commandes clients en cours et prend des mesures concernant les articles en cours, y compris ceux qui risquent de ne pas être livrés à la date promise par le client.
- Tenir à jour le rapport sur les commandes en souffrance du système de distribution, le rapport et les avis d'expédition des clients associés, ainsi que la notification aux clients.
- Signaler à la direction les tendances du secteur, les prix pratiqués par la concurrence et les réactions des clients.
Qualifications:
- Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis ; diplôme de niveau baccalauréat préféré
Connaissances et expérience requises dans le domaine des ventes et de l'administration des ventes ; acquisition en cours de connaissances et de compétences de niveau supérieur, mais contributeur professionnel pleinement compétent et productif (2 à 4 ans).
- Familiarité avec Microsoft Office et capacité à effectuer des tâches informatiques de base.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Capacité à communiquer clairement, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Souci du détail.
- Capacité à prospecter et à commercialiser des concepts auprès de comptes existants et potentiellement nouveaux.
- Capacité à prendre des mesures et à résoudre une série de problèmes qui peuvent être difficiles mais qui ne sont pas typiquement complexes.
- Capacité à identifier et à définir les problèmes et les solutions possibles de manière indépendante ; choix parmi les solutions existantes. Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante sous supervision générale.

**Responsibilities**:
- Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer’s buying history.
- Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
- Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes.
- Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
- Reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer’s promised delivery date.
- Maintains distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification.
- Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors’ degree preferred
- Requires knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however fully competent and productive professional contributor (2-4 years).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts.
- Ability to take action and solve a range of problems that may be difficult but are not typically complex.
- Ability to identify and define problems and possible solutions independently; chooses among existing solutions.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
