Mongolie Grill Whistler - Whistler, BC
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule duties for the front of house employees (server, bartender, and support staff).
- Responsible for running a smooth shift while contributing their time towards the goal of the restaurant.
- Always ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Assist the restaurant manager in the selection of front of the house staff.
- Monitor our guest relations account to address any requests, reviews, or complaints.
- Train front of house staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Keeping our safety measures system in place in concordance with health government’s regulations. - Assist the manager in administration tasks. Requirements: - 3 years minimum requirement of food and beverage experience
- Supervisor experience required (minimum 6 months)
- High school diploma required
- Food Safety Level 1 Certificate required
- Serving it right certificate required
- Personable, professional, mature individual with high grooming standards and exceptional service standards
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
- Must be flexible for his/her schedule (night shift, weekends, holidays).
- Must have great leadership, problem solving skills, and be able to multitask.
- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Must have secured housing
**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
