**RÉSUMÉ**

L'analyste du support client est très analytique, à l'aise dans le traitement et l'interprétation de grands ensembles de données et sait sortir des sentiers battus. Il assiste le directeur du support client dans la conception et le développement de solutions d'analyse de données et de reporting pour les opérations d'après-vente. Cela inclut, sans s'y limiter, la planification et la gestion du stock national de pièces détachées ainsi que les solutions de service et de soutien à la clientèle.

**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Traite les rapports quotidiens d'inventaire des stocks, analyse les données et fournit des recommandations pour maintenir une santé optimale des stocks.
- Traite la transaction de dépréciation, analyse les données et fournit des recommandations pour maintenir l'obsolescence des pièces en deçà des objectifs et respecter la politique de mise au rebut.
- Surveiller et analyser les délais de livraison des pièces OEM et formuler des recommandations et/ou des actions correctives afin de réduire au maximum les délais logistiques.
- Analyse les comportements de Succursales en ce qui concerne les retours de pièces afin de maximiser les coûts de récupération.
- Traite, crée, surveille et communique divers indicateurs de performance clés tels que (mais sans s'y limiter) : la commande de pièces d'urgence, le coût de la commande de pièces, les comportements en matière de commande de pièces, le prélèvement et l'emballage dans l'entrepôt, les déficiences, les mouvements des bacs, etc. Cela permet de traiter le site Succursales qui s'écarte des normes établies.
- Fournir au gestionnaire national des stocks de pièces détachées et à son équipe un soutien analytique afin de maintenir un stock proactif et sain conformément aux critères de l'organisation en ce qui concerne les besoins en stock.
- Compiler, analyser et communiquer les données relatives à la connaissance du marché des services afin de maximiser nos opportunités de revenus.
- Examiner les rapports de rentabilité des contrats de maintenance afin d'assurer une action proactive et de maintenir la rentabilité.
- Assister les centres de performance régionaux dans la récupération des données, l'analyse et l'établissement de rapports afin d'aider les Succursales à gérer leurs niveaux de services avec leurs clients respectifs.
- Participer à des projets spéciaux liés aux opérations d'après-vente afin de soutenir les clients et l'organisation.
- Mettre en œuvre et analyser les nouvelles mesures de reporting spécifiées par la société locale et la société mère.
- Il doit être en mesure de remplacer, en cas d'urgence, l'équipe nationale chargée de l'inventaire des pièces détachées.

**LES COMPÉTENCES DE BASE**:

- Compétences intermédiaires en Excel, y compris une expérience des macros, du Vlookup, des tableaux croisés dynamiques et des formules avancées.
- Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout majeur.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation
- Il doit posséder de solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles pour communiquer avec tous les niveaux d'employés, de fournisseurs et de clients (internes et externes).
- Souci du détail et motivation personnelle

**ÉDUCATION/FORMATION**:

- Diplôme universitaire avec une spécialisation en chaîne d'approvisionnement/gestion des stocks, ou équivalent.
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des stocks et/ou des prix, dans les systèmes ERP et/ou dans l'analyse des données.
