Our clients included many of the top construction general contractors and management firms operating in the Greater Toronto and surrounding area.

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fulfill the role of construction Project Manager

Responsibilities may include:

- Perform quantities takeoffs
- Perform detailed estimates from tender documents
- Liaison with clients to ensure complete submittals and documentation is completed.
- Work closely with site superintendents and clients to ensure construction schedule and budgets are met
- Maintaining project schedules, including tracking time and materials for claims
- Coordinating project submittals
- Tracking and documenting project cost reports
- Complete procurement of construction materials and supplies
- Perform detailed estimates from tender documents

Qualifications/Attributes:

- 1-3 years experience in the shoring/deep foundation industry. Local experience preferred.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology
- Ability to read and understand project drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Access and Outlook
- Valid Class "G" Driver’s License
- Ability to operate in high stress environment
