Production Worker/general Labour

CIP is currently seeking an individual to join our manufacturing production team, for long term opportunity with lots of room to grow and advance within the company. This position requires a reliable and a self-motivated individual that is organized and detail oriented with a positive attitude.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare finished fabricated parts for assembly / shipping / cleaning;
- Assist in preparing materials for shipping by cleaning, tagging, wrapping, skidding, etc.; Assembly, test and package products
- Assist shipping / receiving in loading & unloading of trucks as needed;
- Knowledge and experience with hand tools would be helpful
- Good understanding of general safety

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Previous production or general labor experience
- Previous experience with hand and power tools
- Able to effectively use a tape measure

**Personal Skills**
- Comfortable working in a small business environment, a motivated team player that is able to troubleshoot, focus and organize.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Own Tools/Equipment**
- Steel-toed safety boots

**Location**
- Gormley (Just outside of Aurora)
- Own transportation required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
