Experienced Hardscape Labourer

Kodiak Landscaping Inc. is a growing landscape construction company based out of the Lindsay/Port Perry area for over 25 years. Our company is known for our high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for skilled and capable individuals that are willing to learn and grow with our company.
Position Summary:
Full-time or seasonal landscape labourer that has existing landscape construction/hardscaping experience and is willing to expand on their skillset. Duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Grading, excavation, and base preparation
- Laying interlock/pavers
- Building walls and retaining walls
- Planting and gardening
- Constructing decks, fences, and other structures
- Operating machinery and power tools
- Shovelling, raking, and operating hand tools
- Driving a truck and trailer (driving to and from job sites and/or picking up materials)
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to drive to company location or job site (G license and reliable vehicle)
- Minimum 2 years construction/landscape construction experience preferred
- Able to work long hours in varying weather conditions (hot/cold, dry/wet)
- Physically fit and be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. repetitively
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn/expand on existing skills
Pay will vary depending on experience.

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
