**QUALIFICATIONS**_**:_
- Engineering Certificate, diploma, or degree an Asset.
- Education or training in Sales administration an Asset.
- Estimating experience in Civil or environmental sectors an asset
- Strong basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, SalesForce CRM, Word, bluebeam and ERP systems
- Knowledge of how to interpret Tender Documents and read Civil CAD Drawings
- Must have cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Must be able to follow verbal & written instructions.
- Ability to make decisions independently, but seek help when appropriate.
- Ability to multi-task
- Commitment to Management System and Continuous Improvement process.

**The **primary duties** **are (but are not limited to) the following**:

- All employees have the responsibility to bring forth suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement process and verify the implementation of solutions.
- Search Tender Sites for Projects related to what we do.
- Put together product specs and lists of products and quantities required for each project and send them to the Account Managers.
- Provide account managers with lists of potential bidders for each project.
- Assist the account managers with quoting and order processing when they are out of the office.
- Perform any duties assigned to them by the Director of Sales.
- Conform to all quality/safety/environmental requirements and procedures.
- Receive and review electronically transmitted orders when needed.
- Handle all customer service duties for account managers when required.
- Coordinate handling of customer inquiries and issues.
- Confirm rush orders when required.
- Create back orders when required.
- Work with shipping & receiving on ship dates and any problems related to an order.
- Maintain open order files.
- Send order confirmations to the customer if required.
- Relay information relative to other FOB’s.
- Advise sales person of any customer issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
