Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tearista/Barista to join our team. As a Tearista/Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality tea and coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring a delightful experience for our customers by preparing and serving a variety of drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of tea and coffee beverages, including specialty drinks, according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate and maintain all equipment used in beverage preparation, including espresso machines, grinders, and tea brewers.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of tea, coffee, and other supplies, and notify management of any shortages or restocking needs.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up and breaking down workstations, restocking supplies, and cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and new beverage techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista, tearista, or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tea and coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- A passion for tea and coffee and a desire to share that passion with customers.

English and Mandarin is a MUST
