Office Administrator/ Front End Reception

Pinder Chiropractic Health and Wellness is currently looking for a permanent part time office administrator/front end reception to join our team.
Job Duties:
- Able to work independently in a fast paced work environment
- Greet all patients when they enter the clinic
- Collect and record patients’ personal and medical information.
- Schedule appointments
- Complete billing to clients and insurance companies and complete payment transactions accurately.
- Provide a high-level of customer service.
- Daily financial reconciliation
- Scanning patient documents into electronic medical records as required
- Stock clinic rooms.
- Sanitization of waiting rooms, exam rooms, and workspace
- Ensure the clinic is clean and laundry is done
- Other duties as assigned by Clinic Manager or Owner.
Qualifications:
- Computer proficient.
- Superior customer service skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, mature, professional and a team player.
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and can handle multiple priorities.
- Friendly, personable and can keep calm under pressure
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28-32 per week
**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
