**About Raahi Indian Dhaba**
Raahi is a brand new, fast-casual Indian take-out spot that pays homage to the Dhabas in India.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Take customer orders, process customer payments, packing take-out orders as needed.
- Order, organize, and maintain inventory while implementing cost control checks.
- Manage the roll-out of new systems and product launches.
- Work with management to execute financial targets.
- Develop staff schedules and spearhead new hiring.
- Ensure proper health and safety checks are enforced.
- Maintain proper invoice records and ensure all required financial data is provided to the book keeper.
- Work with third party ordering platforms to run promos and track payouts.
