**Quality Assurance (QA) Technician **to support product manufacturing.

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for the daily “Final Inspection” of all products coming off the glazing lines. From W.I.P and final inspections to assist in the repairs/rework of deficiencies found during final inspections and inventory management support, the QA Tech must be capable of multi-tasking while working in a team environment to perform tasks cross-functionally. This position will report to the Quality Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of previous work experience in manufacturing or quality assurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High-energy, detail-oriented, results-driven, self-motivated individual.
- Familiarity and/or experience with various computer software such as MS Office/Outlook.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and scheduling skills.
- Reliability, integrity, passion, and in-person presentation skills with a strong ability to establish relationships and close deals.
- Experience in window manufacturing/installation and/or construction industry is an asset.
- Professional designation is an asset.

**General LIST OF Responsibilities**:

- Work to ensure cooperation at all levels of the organization to produce products of the highest quality standards.
- Complete daily inspection checklists and report deficiencies to senior management.
- Perform shipping and when required receive inspections for incoming and outgoing products to verify a product meets specifications and is free of damage or defects.
- Perform audits and investigations as needed, or scheduled.
- Inspect and/or measure materials, products, and assemblies for conformance to specifications.
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
