**Job Title: Skilled Meat Cutter/Slaughter Personnel - Meat Processing Facility**

We're on the hunt for talented and experienced Meat Cutters and slaughter floor personnel to join our team at a thriving meat processing facility. If you have a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail when it comes to slaughtering and cutting a variety of species, including beef, bison, pork, lamb, goat, chicken, ostrich, alpaca, and rabbit, then this full-time opportunity is tailor-made for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your expertise to skillfully cut, trim, and portion a variety of meats, including beef, bison, pork, lamb, goat, chicken, ostrich, alpaca, and rabbit.
- Follow established guidelines to ensure consistency in cut sizes, quality, and appearance of meat products.
- Safely operate and maintain cutting equipment, ensuring cleanliness and optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and support production goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Meat Cutting and/or Slaughter experience is **preferred**. A background in meat processing, butchery, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- A strong understanding of various cuts of meat and the ability to work with different animal types.
- Physical strength and dexterity to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and precision to ensure accurate cuts and minimize waste.
- Dependable transportation is necessary, as our facility is not accessible by public transit.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Must be Canadian Citizen
