Overhead Crane Technician

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to new equipment electrical wiring and assembly, equipment maintenance, repair, and assembly. This role requires a strong electrical and mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various tools and machinery.
**Duties**:
- wire and test new overhead cranes in shop
- Perform maintenance and repair on overhead cranes and other equipment
- Utilize hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing technical issues
**Skills**:
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience in overhead crane controls
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Skilled in using various hand tools for maintenance and repair tasks
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with clients
- Familiarity with overhead crane maintenance is a plus
- Experience in manlift operation is a requirement
- must be able to work at heights with safety fall arrest
- be able to travel to sites to commission and load test overhead cranes
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
