- Être certifié(e) en Premiers Soins + Certificat de police vierge.
- Posséder les connaissances nécessaires pour mettre en place le programme émergeant et le Cadre d’apprentissage
- Posséder une connaissance solides des Lois sur les garderies et les critères de la Ville.
- Savoir utiliser les programmes d’informatiques : Microsoft, Excel, Word, Internet, HiMama, etc.
- Maîtrise la langue française parlée et écrite et avoir de bonnes notions d’anglais.

Résumé des fonctions:

- Est en mesure de seconder la Direction dans la supervision, la gestion, le soutien et l’accompagnement de façon professionnelle et positive les professionnels de la petite enfance.
- Est garant(e) de créer et maintenir une atmosphère accueillante, sécuritaire, joyeuse, harmonieuse et stimulante au sein de son centre.
- Assiste aux entrevues, rencontres, évaluations de performance avec le personnel.
- Effectue des suivis dans les salles de classe pour connaître les projets, les besoins, les défis. Faire des suivis pour garantir le bien-être de chaque enfant accueilli.
- Gestion des dossiers du personnel : document, formations.
- Gestion des dossiers des enfants.
- Tâches administratives : Horaires, planning, organisation.
- Travaille en collaboration avec les familles: Inscription, intégration, suivi des dossiers,échanges réguliers.
