We’re looking for an energetic, driven, and customer focused individual to join our F45 Training Jefferson Team. The Membership Sales Manager plays a vital role to increase membership sign-ups, take leads through the prospect journey, and engage with them through all touch points in the sales funnel. You will also be working closely with the Head Coach to help convert trialers to members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calling qualified leads, undertaking discovery of their needs/problems, and selling an F45 Training trial experience
- Nurture and manage leads while transitioning them to full time members. This includes, managing the prospects trial process with multiple touchpoints, helping each prospect through their trial journey, and follow ups
- Develop trialer relationships by goal setting, regular contact, and personable service
- Sign-in clients and introduce new members to coaches and studio
- Contact and follow up with all members and prospects
- Communicating with the coaching team to help facilitate each prospect through their trial. As well, communicating with head coach to parlay individual client needs
- Provide stellar customer service to every prospect and trialer that enters / calls the studio while making them feel the TEAM TRAINING, LIFE CHANGING environment from the moment they connect
- Be an enthusiastic advocate for F45 training and philosophy while providing the ultimate F45 Training experience
- Sales performance tracking
- Collaborate with and report to Management team to discuss daily, weekly, and monthly goals

**Experience & Skills**:

- Being NASM/ACE/Canfitpro and Red Cross Certified (or other qualified certifications) is a plus but not necessary
- 1+ years of fitness sales experience / 2+ years of customer service
- F45 Training experience is a bonus
- Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
- A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
- Demonstrated experience working within a sales funnel and managing leads
- Communication, organization, time management
