The Access Store team is dedicated and committed to ensuring the absolute highest level of customer service is delivered. Our products range from medical supplies, daily living aids and mobility equipment.

With over 40 years of experience. you can trust that you will get a clear and straightforward plan of action and lots of support. and you’re dealing with people that actually use the same products that you might be considering. This includes staff members who have family that are living with a spinal cord injury.

We are located on Keewatin in NW Winnipeg.

**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Duties**:

- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Handle complaints and troubleshoot problems
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Minimum 3 years previous customer service and technical experience
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills as well as the ability to coordinate and prioritize workload
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and decision -making skills
- Team player with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Must hold a valid Manitoba drivers license AND a reliable vehicle for (short / infrequent) times outside the off
- Strong keyboarding skills (min of 50WPM)
