Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Supply Analyst to join the Parts Supply team located at our Parts Distribution Centre in Bowmanville, ON. This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Manager of Parts Supply. This role will support the achievement of department customer service targets through forecasting, ordering, and distribution of essential service parts.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Maintain positive relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values- Monitor sales and inventory levels for Accessories and Service parts; place inventory orders based on lead time and safety stock levels to maintain department fill rate targets- Communicate with internal partners on supply disruptions, ETA, and backorder resolution- Coordinate with Parts Distribution Centres (PDC) and vendors to resolve discrepancies with inbound deliveries- Ensure seamless movement of products and inventory- Partner with the accounts receivables department to resolve vendor invoice discrepancies- Investigate and complete root cause analyses of supply disruptions and impacts on customer fill rate; develop countermeasures to mitigate future inventory shortfalls- Maintain and distribute weekly/monthly reports focusing on efficient inventory management

What You Bring:
- College/University degree in Business/Operations Management/Supply Chain or equivalent work experience- 3+ years of related experience in inventory demand planning, operations, or similar discipline- Knowledge of inventory forecasting and distribution required- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills- Working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, and IBP forecasting, is an asset- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Proven ability to initiate & improve processes to increase efficiencies
