**Who you are**

We are looking for a Payroll and Accounting Coordinator to provide hands-on support to the Finance team. You are a self-starter with strong attention to detail who is ready to roll-up your sleeves to accomplish tasks in a deadline-driven environment. You are curious and passionate to find new ways of understanding problems and developing process efficiencies. You are adaptable and enthusiastic about implementing changes and can effectively collaborate with dynamic teams to achieve cohesive success.

**What you will do**:

- Process bi-weekly payroll including taxable benefits, annual bonus payments, and other special payments in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation
- Input payroll related transactions and maintain accurate employee records
- Process staff and corporate expense claims and conduct monthly reconciliations of corporate credit cards
- Full-cycle invoice processing including accurate GL coding, verifying PO and contracts, and ensuring payments are issued in a timely manner
- Generate customer invoices and account statements
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain Accounts Receivable
- Manage customer payments and corresponding accounting entries
- Produce monthly reports and participates in month-end and year-end closing activities

**What you bring**:

- A minimum of 2 years payroll experience, including experience with _ADP Workforce Now_
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, journal entries and general ledger
- Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt and manage changing priorities
