Becland Stamping & Machining Corp. has a current opening for a **CONVENTIONAL (Manual) BORING MILL Machinist** with the following qualifications:

- Licensed Machinist or Equivalent **(This is NOT a "starter" position)**:

- MINIMUM of 5 years experience in **Conventional** Boring Mill Set Up & Operation
- **MUST** **be RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, FOCUSED, & TEAM FRIENDLY**:

- Good communication Skills, Work Ethic, and a Positive Attitude
- Ability to understand & interpret Engineered Drawings, as well as Sketches
- Ability to receive and understand Verbal & Written Instructions
- Ability to Do Own Set-ups
- Ability to lift up to 50 LBS from time to time
- Previous Crane training & Operation (for heavy / large components)
- Must be detail oriented, a self-starter, & able to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced, “custom machining” environment
- Must have experience with Tight Tolerances
- Ability to Operate Other Equipment as required
- Knowledge & Ability to Use various Monitoring & Measuring Devices & Instrumentation
- Good Housekeeping & Organizational Skills
- Works well with others
- Must have own Basic Tools
- Must have own Transportation
- Overtime as required (paid after 40 Hrs, weekly)
- Flexible shift start time, if required
