Summary:Variety Village is seeking a proficient and dedicated IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, the incumbent will play a vital part in maintaining our IT systems to ensure seamless productivity. The position primarily requires on-site presence.

**Key responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related support requests and technical issues, delivering friendly and efficient customer service.
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, software and network-related issues reported by staff and escalating where necessary.
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software and network-related requests adhering to appropriate response times based on severity.
- Collaborate with third-party IT, security and communication service providers for escalated issues and general maintenance activities.
- Install, deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Document and maintain records of IT support activities, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps.
- Ability to learn business software quickly with mínimal instruction and troubleshoot related issues issues.
- Assist with IT procurement, as well as monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of all end-user hardware and peripherals.
- Perform basic telephone system administration tasks and escalating time-sensitive, critical issues to service provider.
- Perform basic security camera administration tasks and collaborate with service providers to resolve any issues.
- Handling other duties as assigned.

**Key competencies and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office 365 suite.
- Knowledge and understanding with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, SharePoint, Dynamics GP and Management Reporter is an asset.
- Experience with SQL (SQL Server 2012 or later) or ERP data query/reporting tools (SQL Reporting Services).
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Top of Form
- Ability to learn software quickly and independently resolve staff IT issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, collaborate effectively as a team member, and demonstrate independence in work.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a ‘go getter’ mindset.
- Flexibility to work extra hours when required.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
