Deploy the content strategy planning process, establish priorities and formulate action plan.

Set a content calendar according to priorities and activities, and develop templates and tools to formalize the process.

Lead the strategic content planning and budgeting.

Ensure all content is standardized and key messaging is aligned with business needs and objectives.

Ensure all content reflects BRP vision and tone of voice.

Synthesize and formulate the content priorities and action plan for the Communications content calendar (regions and functions).

Define and implement the governance to achieve the business objectives and the execution of content plan.

Establish clear and concise processes to ensure efficiency in the Communications Team.

Supervise and manage budget and forecast.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in communications or relevant field

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, including management experience

Analytical and strategic experience with a strong business acumen

Excellent writing skills in English and French

Excellent skills in Excel and Powerpoint

Strategic thinker with project management experience, analytical and creative problem-solving ability

Ability to synthesize and summarize complex issues

Interpersonal and communication skills, capable to influence a group discussion

High degree of ownership, self-initiative and follow through

Organized, accurate, and result-oriented
