**As an EllisDon Furniture, Equipment and Design (“ED FED”) Project Coordinator, you will**:

- Provide on-site activation management support to the ED FED Project Manager and general site team.
- Plan and execute activities related to FF&E deliveries, installation, commissioning and acceptance required for facility to become operational.
- Receive and inspect equipment deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Ensure delivery to final location or temporary storage location.
- Document equipment deficiencies.
- Tag asset or equipment and coordinate of asset database.
- Coordinate equipment training sessions.
- Manage and reporting progress through a detailed schedule, reports, presentations, etc.
- Coordinate receipt of documentation from Vendors (i.e. Operator & Maintenance manuals, warranties, etc.) and log them accordingly.

- A self-starter, resourceful and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment for Healthcare considered an asset
- Skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
- Able to independently represent the ED FED Team while exhibiting EllisDon core values
- A champion of communication, learning and process improvement
- Entrepreneurial and willing to strive towards better project management processes within ED FED
- Willing to complete security clearances (as required by Clients)
- Organized and able to (re)prioritize tasks as needed with confidence
- Physical Requirements: bending, reaching, walking and standing for extended periods
- Willing to work from site in Grimsby, ON
