**Job Posting: Registered Nurse (RN) Instructor - CCA Program**

**Location: Lower Sackville, ** Nova Scotia, Canada

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver curriculum content for the CCA program, ensuring alignment with program objectives and standards.
- Conduct lectures, practical demonstrations, and simulations to facilitate learning among students.
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their learning and development.
- Collaborate with program coordinators and healthcare professionals to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
- Stay current with advancements in healthcare practices and educational methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree.
- Current registration with the CRNNS in good standing.
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting, with at least two years in the continuing care sector.
- Experience in Adult Education and/or instructing is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office Suite and educational software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to professional development and continuing education.
