**Project Implementation Specialist Overview**
- Create Project Plans, identifying project goals and timelines for the project to stay on track and meet deadlines
- Manage stakeholders throughout the whole project lifecycle
- Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans
- Configuration of Softworks Software for new and existing clients
- Translates client needs into technical specifications for the development team
- Leads the technical configuration of software solutions to ensure compatibility with client's existing systems and infrastructure
- Oversees integration processes, ensuring seamless connectivity between the new software and other systems or platforms used by the client
- Coordinates with software developers for any required customizations, ensuring they meet the technical requirements and quality standards
- Ensure projects are completed to meet specified requirements and any outstanding tasks are completed
- Provides expert-level technical support during the implementation phase, resolving complex issues that arise
- Confirm all project documentation is produced and training and support is arranged for the client
- Communicate and test any bugs or issues with software developers to ensure they are removed
- Assist Senior Project Managers with tasks related to project implementation and configuration
- Report on the success of the project and any setbacks that were encountered or room for improvement
- Establishes a feedback loop with clients and internal teams to gather insights on the technical aspects of the software implementation

The role will be remote working but can include site visits to our customers head quarters.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant 3rd level degree
- Written and verbal fluency one or more of the following languages French, German, Italian, Spanish is highly desirable
- 2/3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong technical skills is essential as the role is geared at project implmentation of our Softworks System for our clients
- Strong communication skills - you must enjoy interfacing with customers and be confident in representing the company
- Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential
- Ability to work flexibly and co-operatively to solve problems and achieve team goals
- Ability to exercise initiative and to embrace and adapt to change
- Must be a strong team player and also able to work on own initiative

**Benefits**
- $60-70,000 CAD depending on experience
- Annual Leave starting at 23 days
