The Office Administrator is accountable to the owner for the effective organization and coordination of all general administrative requirements, specific accounting and client file management, client relations, customer services, tasks delegation based on business cycles and facility needs.

Qualifications:

- Must have three - five years experience in office and administrative management
- Post-Secondary education in administration and/or accounting preferred
- Must have a clean criminal record and provide a copy of clearance
- Must be able to multitask, set personal timelines and accountability to tasks
- Business planning inclusive budget management and accounting practices
- Enhance customer and client relationships
- Strong organization skills physically and digitally
- Other duties as delegated

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Monday to Friday
