**Position overview**:
**Major responsibilities**:
Customer Service/Administrative Support
- Building and maintaining relationships with students and clients
- Responding to inquiries and complaints
- Following up with potential leads for education opportunities
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of programs and pricing
- Resolving complaints and issues
- Meeting or exceeding customer service targets and performance metrics
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations
- Assisting with the enrollment process
- Maintaining student files, records, and invoices
- Tracking course completion
- Maintaining course files and records
- Tracking workshop, exams, and education privates completion
- Maintaining workshop files and records
- Assisting with day-to-day operations in the Studio when needed

Education Advisor
- Assessing students' fitness backgrounds, interests, and goals
- Advising prospective students on programs and requirements
- Providing guidance on career development and continuing education opportunities
- Collaborating with educational programming team
- Participating in recruitment and outreach events
- Participating in training and development programs

Business Planning & Sales
- Assisting with sales and marketing efforts
- Participating in marketing events
- Coordinating with CTC manager to recommend courses
- Ensuring scheduling is done in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring courses are delivered on time
- Tracking and monitoring student enrollment
- Monitoring courses, Instructor Trainer evaluations, and feedback
- Managing and maintaining course materials and equipment

**Skills and qualifications**:

- 2+ years customer service experience
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Filemaker Pro or other database system
- Ability to multi-task and respond to shifting priorities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related discipline
- Event Planning and/or Marketing experience an asset
- Knowledge of fitness industry educational programs a plus
