**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide IT support on-site and remotely, including ticket resolution.
- Manage WAN and LAN infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain on-prem and cloud corporate backup systems.
- Remediation and collaborate with cybersecurity experts.
- Coordinate vendor technical support.
- Comply with site-specific operations and security policies.
- Travel to remote client sites as needed.
- Be available for rotating emergency on-call support and occasional weekend projects.
**Qualifications and experience**
- Technical diploma or equivalent industry experience
- Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
- PowerShell
- Network Administration (Routing, Switching and Firewalls)
- Storage Area Networks and Arrays (EMC, HP, iSCSI, FC)
- Proficiency with server and desktop hardware.
- Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server
- Virtualization (HyperV,vSphere and Azure)
- Class 5 Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
- Eligible to work within Canada as permanent resident or Canadian citizen.
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
- A criminal background check is required upon an offer of employment.
