Admin Assistant/receptionist

Job Summary:
Are you positive and personable? A quick thinking, organized, problem solver and team player with great communication skills?
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and handling phone calls.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Assist in proofreading reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Scheduling technicians on service calls.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position required.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills using a multi line phone system.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.
- Dispatch experience preferred.
Pay: $18.00-$21.50 per hour
