**Job Description**:
The Broadcast Traffic Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely execution of all broadcast-related investments for a single client.
- Lead and drive positive working relationships with networks to ensure timely clearance of spots to air.
- Act as point of escalation for all traffic-related issues, including incorrectly booked media.
- Identify development areas in team members and support them in achieving their performance goals.
- Supporting the broadcast investment team throughout the campaign activation process to maintain performance and resolves any campaign-related issues.
- Problem solve on all accounts relating to traffic, including problems between account teams and buyers.
- Facilitate the implementation of quality control process and systems where needed.
- Prepare detailed traffic instructions for vendors and confirm orders.
- Work closely with network stations regarding missing traffic/re-faxing missing traffic instructions as requested.
- Working closely with the investment leadership team to understand market dynamics (pricing, execution opportunities) and strengthen vendor relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of media investment or traffic experience focused on Broadcast Channels - TV, Radio, OLV.
- Experience with broadcast industry tools (Lens, Infosys, DDS, AdTraq, etc.) is a must.
- High-level of confidence with an ability to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with numbers and budgets to determine results of campaign.
- Advanced level MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s), Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Aptitude for priority management where it concerns managing multiple deliverables/work streams.
- Must be able to organize ideas and present back information logically and sequentially.
