Trainee Bartender

(AVG employee makes 15.5-16.5 $/hr. including tips)

This position of Trainee Bartender requires you to be trained by us for a minimum of 6 months as a dishwasher / bar back and busser. It is designed for a person with little or no experience where we encourage and nurture passion and enthusiasm.

Dishwashing, bar-backing, and bussing are the foundations needed in which all successful bartenders are built upon.
